This hotel was modern, with good service and unbeatable location close to public transport to connect you throughout Santorini. I was satisfied with the great value for money room, there were a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets just in case.

The staff is incredible! We needed to be at the port at 2 am and they didn't mind driving us at that time. The rooms are nice, you have a kitchenette, a big bed, great balcony and a selection of DVDs!
Although the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the black beach, the area in general is a little far from the old city (Fira). But if you plan on renting ATVs or a car it's not a problem.

Had a great time at the Princess Santorini Villas. The family that run it were great, incredibly helpful and friendly. We were picked up from the port when we arrived and taken there when we left. Location was brilliant, right near the beach and all the best bars and restaurants in Perissa. Everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. Excellent value for money, really couldn't ask for better at that price.

the owners were so affable and helpful, they picked us up from the ferry terminal and 2am and sent us to the airport as well. for the price, the villa is certainly worth paying for as it comes with a stove, a kettle, a fridge and free wi-fi. the location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the famous black sand perissa beach, and the hotel is also located near a bakery which serves wonderful pastries. however, as we went during the off-peak season (peak season is in may/june), many shops in perissa were closed. but if you prefer a quiet, scenic holiday, then by all means, come during off-peak season and make sure you stay in the Princess santorini villa
the wifi connection was a little choppy, but still useful

Our stay couldn't be better. The staff was amazing! They picked us up at 130 am and gave us a great room...it was huge with a good bathroom, a kithenette and a HUGE balcony that wrapped around the room. The view was good, the location was perfect. 2 mins to the beach and not a far bus ride into town. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will forsure stay here again

Nice comfortable rooms, good location, 5 mins to black beach..also pick up and drop to port arranged. Its a family maintained villa, so its more like home than hotel...very accommodating hosts. will love to back there again. free wifi.
nothing as such. no swimming pool, although might not be needed, as very close beach.

Great family-run hotel with an excellent staff. They picked us up and dropped us off at the port. Just make sure to arrange in advance.
Nothing bad. This is a great place to stay.
